Episode 65: Movies About Movies

Firstly, we would like to apologize for our absence during this month. Life has a funny way of getting in the way, and for that, we are sorry. And if we’re already apologising, may we also say that this episode has a few technical issues we would politely ask you to look past. It’s as if the sound recorder has a life of its own, we swear! That being said, here’s what we have in store for you.

We begin this Across the Universe Podcast episode with The Interesting Movie of the Fortnight feature. From there, we move on to our favourite movies that are about making movies, a topic that was heavily inspired by the now released The Disaster Artist. In short, we discuss movies that inspire us to watch movies, we share movies that make us laugh, and we share movies that make us fall in love with movies all over again!

Structure
00:00 – 01:28 Introductions
02:16 – 22:35 Interesting Movie of the Fortnight Feature
23:46 – 01:08:47 Main Discussion: Movies About Movies
01:08:47 – 01:17:35 Plugs and Goodbyes

Songs
Get Back, by Ludacris
A Lovely Night, from La La Land
Across the Universe, by Scorpions

    1. That’s odd, it should update automatically… Thanks for letting us know, I’ll check the situation with Stitcher. And yes, besides Stitcher, the show is only on iTunes and here in our website, through archive.org! If you know any other good platforms let us know. — Sofia
